REPRESENTATIONS OF THE BATTLE OF WARSAW IN THE MEDIA SPACE: STRATEGIES OF MYTHOLOGIZATION AND SACRALIZATION
The article is devoted to various aspects of representation in the mass media of the Battle of Warsaw - the key event of the Soviet-Polish war of 1920. Emphasis is placed on the strategies of mythologization and sacralization of the Battle of Warsaw in Polish historical and political discourse. The main sources of the research were the media, as well as statements by figures significant for Polish historical and political discourse.
