The article discusses the possibilities and ways of forming digital educational content in the discipline "Foreign language". The article emphasizes the task of a university teacher at the moment, which is to use all means and sources in the educational process and contribute to the development of modern digital education. In the absence of a language environment, it is difficult to find new forms and methods of teaching. The use of new information technologies in teaching is one of the most important aspects of improving and optimizing the educational process, enriching the arsenal of methodological tools and techniques that allow one to diversify the forms of work. The electronic information and educational environment at the university greatly simplifies open digital interaction among students, and the digital content of the discipline, facilitates access to a variety of sources of knowledge. The digital content of social networks on the foreign language discipline, created by both professional teachers and native speakers, makes the process of learning a language and a specialty even more independent, creative and interesting.
