THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE ELECTRONIC INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY AS A NECESSARY CONDITION FOR THE EFFECTIVENESS OF EDUCATION IN THE DISTANCE MODE

The presence of an electronic information and educational environment (hereinafter EIEE) is a mandatory requirement for the organization of the educational process in institutions of all levels of education, including higher education. The success of the organization of the educational process in the distance-learning mode during the pandemic depended on its functionality and smooth operation. The EIEE of the Shuya Branch of Ivanovo State University made it possible to switch from full-time to distance learning almost painlessly, providing the educational process with all the necessary resources and tools. At the moment, it includes: The official website, the Moodle Distance Learning System, 1C:PROF University, Electronic Library Systems, Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft Office 365 A1, ZOOM, social networks. Each resource has its own purpose, and their synergy allows us to implement all the necessary functions of the educational, educational and scientific processes of the university. In order to assess the functionality of the EIEE resources, a survey of students and teachers of the university was conducted, which allowed us to find the optimal solution to the composition and functionality of the software and network platforms. The events of the last year in the education system have clearly demonstrated the fact that only with the help of the EIEE it is possible to organize personalized training and implement continuous learning, including distance technologies application. We believe that one of the ways to develop the EIEE of educational institutions is their synergy, when the environments of educational institutions of different educational levels will complement and expand the functionality of each other. When the student will move from one stage of training to another, he will fall into the already familiar EIEE with the retaining of significant results for him.
