The article raises the problem of using digital online tools and resources in language training of technical specialists. The elements of popular content and language integrated learning (CLIL) are presented, which make it possible to implement innovative online platforms. The possible modes of working with the Quizlet online resource are analyzed in detail, taking into account the peculiarities of training foreign language vocabulary at each stage. The authors discuss the potential of Quizlet mobile application for classroom work and for independent students studies, citing positive results of the influence of gamification elements on the intensity and effectiveness of mastering professional foreign language vocabulary.
