DIGITALIZATION AND RESEARCH WORK WITH STUDENTS: THE EXPERIENCE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES AND LINGUISTICS OF ISUCT

The article describes the experience of the Department of Foreign Languages and Linguistics of ISUCT in organizing research work with students in the conditions of digitalization. The introduction of innovative technologies in various spheres of life has a linguistic reflection and researchers face the task of new professional terms interpreting. This research work aim is to form information and terminological competence of students in accordance with the principles of interdisciplinarity and integration of professional and linguistic knowledge of students. The research material is a digital content, its selection is carried out according to the direction and profile of students' training. Information competence involves the active use of information technologies to solve research problems and present the results of work, terminological competence allows students to participate in professional cross - cultural communication.
